Welcome to IEEE ICNSC 2023 in Marseille, France
Theme: Which technologies for green, efficient, responsive, and resilient networks in a crisis context?
Sustainable economic development while preserving the environment is a major challenge of the 21st century. Thus, the main theme of the conference is “Which technologies for green, efficient, responsive, and resilient networks in a crisis context?”.
Developments in services that aim to improve the quality of life and well-being of all are crucial. Green networks concern almost all economic and social areas such as telecom networks, energy and water distribution networks, goods, and people transport networks, etc. Although public, private, and governmental institutions in many countries have been targeting green networks for several decades, the true realization of effective green networks crucially depends on real and significant advances in advanced technologies and innovative methodologies in the design, management, control, cooperation, and coordination between all partners, at different levels (local, regional, national and international). The 2023 edition of IEEE-ICNSC will be a remarkable opportunity for the academic and industrial communities to tackle new challenges and share solutions and discuss future directions. It will include plenary sessions, round tables where industrialists and academics can discuss, tutorials, and parallel sessions dedicated to the different themes of the conference. Contributions are expected from international scientists and industrialists. Accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements.
The objective of the conference is to bring together lecturers, researchers, and professionals in the field of networking, sensing, and control to exchange ideas and information and contribute to the development of this field. The scope of the conference includes but is not limited to adaptive systems, big data analytics, causal learning & interpretability, discrete event systems, edge computing, federated learning, heterogeneous wireless networks, imbalanced classification, large-scale global optimization, meta-learning, network-based computing systems, and reinforcement learning.
